We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Caterina Restaurant Corp. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure excellent customer service and a positive dining experience.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handle customer complaints, and ensure that all customers receive a high level of service.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and cost products and services.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and strong leadership and communication skills.
