Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Little Minhs Restaurant Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Oversee the performance of restaurant staff, including monitoring their work, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
- Service Delivery: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient supply chain management.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to achieve business objectives.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
