Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Dispute Resolution Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in investigating and resolving claims issues. Your primary responsibility will be to uphold established quality service standards, deliver advanced client care, and maintain transparent communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Claims Investigation: Conduct comprehensive investigations into escalated complaints, issues, and queries from various sources, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining transparency throughout the process.
  • Documentation and Workflow Management: Document all disputes meticulously, maintaining accurate records and managing the complaint workflow efficiently.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to propose recommended resolutions, ensuring effective communication with clients throughout the dispute resolution process.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A post-secondary education in Business, Insurance, Legal Studies, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in claims processing or dispute resolution within the insurance industry.
  • Proficiency in internet and email platforms, as well as intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Familiarity with insurance policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Fluency in English.
Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
