About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide day-to-day management of our fleet's software systems, including documentation, maintenance schedules, work orders, and reports. You will also collect maintenance data and generate reports to track equipment service records, costs, and compliance.

  • You will assist in day-to-day record-keeping, expenses, and reporting for Finance.
  • You will ensure timely scheduling of routine maintenance tasks and inspections to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability.
  • You will assist in maintaining parts inventory and Shop supplies, as needed.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid G or G2 license with a good driving record;
  • A college diploma in administration, or related education and experience;
  • Demonstrated multitasking, organizational, and time management skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders;
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role;
  • Experience with a variety of computer programs and software systems is an asset.
