Job Summary:- As an Administrative Coordinator, you will handle various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day office functions.
- You will be responsible for answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining office correspondence.
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars are also key responsibilities.
- You will assist with data entry, filing, and document management, as well as help with ordering office supplies and maintaining an organized workspace.
- Prior experience in an administrative or office assistant role is essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required to excel in this position.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities are necessary to succeed in this role.
