Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital VIP Manager to lead our digital VIP program and deliver best-in-class VIP experiences for our customers in the Ontario market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and recommend strategies to move customers through the lifecycle from onboarding to retention of all key VIP customer segments.
- Lead the execution of the VIP business plan to continually improve VIP experiences, retain VIPs, and grow our digital market share.
- Oversee the financial aspects of the VIP program, including bonusing, experiential events, and hosting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive success and alignment across the organization.
- Participate in agile lab teams to ideate, develop, and launch innovative products and experiences related to our VIP customers.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in VIP, hospitality, sales acquisition, or loyalty marketing, or equivalent.
- Experience with gaming, sports betting, and lottery is an asset.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field of study, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Proven track record of high-end customer management, excellent communication and presentation skills, and innovative thinking.
