Job Title: VIP Hospitality Experience and Commercialization Intern

MLSE is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our VIP Experience and Hospitality team as an intern. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the sports and entertainment industry.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will support the team in various initiatives, including strategic planning, research, and data analysis. They will also assist in the development of creative assets, project plans, and schedules for new product and program initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of strategic plans to enhance VIP experiences and generate new revenue streams
  • Conduct research on best practices in VIP hospitality and engagement to inform future membership services and retention strategies
  • Assist in data cleanse initiatives to maintain data integrity on VIP and Premium Membership bases
  • Support the Commercialization Team in the development of new products and programs, including creative assets and project plans
  • Assist in building visual storytelling presentation materials to support VIP Hospitality and Commercialization initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a University or College degree, diploma, or certificate in sports, events, marketing, public relations, or a related field
  • A proactive approach to day-to-day activities and shifting demands, with a high level of initiative, independence, and attention to detail
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Available for home games and special events, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to be a team player
  • Strong leadership skills and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator with the ability to clearly convey information
  • Self-motivated, detailed, and organized
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism
