Job Summary:

VIP Concierge Host

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VIP Concierge Host to join our team at Live Nation Canada, Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at our state-of-the-art venue, HISTORY.

Responsibilities:
  • Create a warm and inviting environment for all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop a deep understanding of guest preferences and recommend tailored experiences to enhance their visit.
  • Assist in the nightly sales and execution of VIP spaces, ensuring seamless delivery of premium experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on venue and event details to provide guests with accurate information and maximize their experience.
  • Lead and direct guests to various areas of the venue, providing a personalized and inclusive experience.
  • Assist with executing event day operations within premium spaces, including guestlist and registration, VIP experiences, and vendor management.
  • Utilize table management systems, such as SevenRooms, to ensure accurate and efficient guest management.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Perform opening and closing tasks as required, and be flexible to adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with a strong background in VIP hospitality or concierge services.
  • Previous sales experience in a retail or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems, including SevenRooms, is an asset.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to making every guest feel valued and special.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • A strong work ethic, with a high sense of responsibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, juggling multiple priorities and tasks.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

This role requires sitting for extended periods, standing and walking throughout the day, and occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds. The work environment is typical of an office setting, with moderate noise levels.
