Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer in their daily operations. This is a challenging role that requires a high level of commitment, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the CEO and COO in overseeing day-to-day operations, including project coordination, customer installation, and engineering team management.
  • Screen emails and appointments, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Provide administrative support, including basic bookkeeping, permit processes, and legal research.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and COO to identify and prioritize tasks, ensuring seamless execution.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of legal, basic bookkeeping, and permit processes.
  • Driver's license and ability to work in person at the Mission Head Office.
Compensation

Base salary of $105,000 plus bonuses up to $25,000 per year based on performance and revenue targets.
