About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer at MAG Solar. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of commitment and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the CEO in overseeing day-to-day operations, including engineering teams, project coordinators, and customer installations.
  • Screen emails and appointments to ensure timely and efficient management of the CEO's schedule.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of legal, basic bookkeeping, and permit processes.
  • English language proficiency.
What We Offer

A competitive base salary of $105,000, plus bonuses up to $25,000 per year based on performance and revenue targets.

This is a full-time, in-person role at our Mission Head Office.
