Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory, market segment, and supplier brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, competitive activity, and payment performances of all accounts in assigned territory.
  • Participate in sales projects, account evaluations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and company policies through ongoing training and education.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly.

Working Conditions

  • Physical demands include sitting, typing, and driving for extended periods.
  • May require lifting, bending, and standing for short periods.
