About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Chief Isaac Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and mentor our kitchen staff to ensure that they are meeting the highest standards of food safety, quality, and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our menu items meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage our kitchen team to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our culinary needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Required certifications for the position.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work.
