Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and organized Executive Chef to oversee the preparation and presentation of our menu items. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement new menu items and specials
    • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers
    • Ensure menu items are prepared to the highest standards
  • Kitchen Management
    • Supervise and train kitchen staff
    • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
    • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
    • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Financial Management
    • Manage kitchen budget and expenses
    • Monitor food costs and inventory
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in a senior culinary role
    • Post-secondary education in culinary arts or a related field
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
    • Food Safety Certificate
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
