As a Front-End Software Development Team Lead, you'll be responsible for guiding the development team's tasks and ensuring the resulting product meets requirements, passes quality gates, scales as needed, and is a joy to use. Your broad responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging your technical expertise to lead development projects
  • Mentoring junior developers to improve their coding practices
  • Providing technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
  • Collaborating with cross-functional agile teams to deliver high-quality software
  • Investigating and resolving system functionality and performance issues

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development, including experience with unit tests, mocking frameworks, and Agile software development methodologies. You'll also be fluent in English and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
