Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Front Desk Representative to join our team at RAMADA HOTEL.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Efficiently manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
  • Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle cash transactions, balance cash reports, and maintain an accurate record of financial transactions.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide guests with personalized recommendations.
  • Assist with special requests, such as wake-up calls, faxes, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of [salary] per year, based on experience and qualifications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
