Logistics Operations Manager

Pattar Transport is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring that goods are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and submit reports on logistics operations
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure equipment is in good working order
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Recruit and hire staff to support logistics operations
- Train workers in duties and policies
- Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
- English language proficiency
- 40 hours per week
