  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Plan and deliver training programs for logistics staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Language: English.
