Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at DTS Trucking Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the logistics of our organization, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
Key Responsibilities- Logistics Planning and Organization: Develop and implement logistics plans to ensure efficient and effective transportation of goods and materials.
- Operational Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on logistics operations, including metrics on efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of logistics staff, including conducting performance reviews and providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support logistics operations.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
