About the Role

Pattar Transport is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit regular reports to management on logistics operations, including metrics on efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Supply Chain Management

Arrange for maintenance and repair work, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Team Management

Recruit, hire, and train staff, conduct performance reviews, and co-ordinate, assign, and review work.

Operational Planning

Establish work schedules and procedures, plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Communication

Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and communicate effectively with staff, management, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
