Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team at Manpower Services Canada Limit. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and make recommendations to customers
  • Process transactions and handle customer payments
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Environment:

This is a temporary position with 20 hours per week. The work setting is a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre. Public transportation is available.
