Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team at Manpower Services Canada Limit. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels
* Answer written and oral inquiries, and respond to customer complaints
* Gather, research, and prepare communications materials
* Arrange for refunds and credits, and issue receipts and other forms
* Receive and log complaints, and receive payments
* Utilize MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS PowerPoint to perform tasks

Requirements:

* No degree, certificate, or diploma required
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or call centre environment
* Availability to work 20 hours per week
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Setting:

* Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre

* MS Excel
