We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team at Manpower Services Canada Limit. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer written and oral inquiries from customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide information and assistance to customers on our products and services
  • Process refunds and credits as needed
  • Issue receipts and other forms as required

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers and colleagues to provide excellent service and support. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and punctuality
