Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Department Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service, managing the department's operations, and developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Beauty Department team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, including analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the department's operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and store operations, to ensure seamless communication and execution of business strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
