About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Saint John, NB. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for administering policies, procedures, and programs, promoting positive employee relations, and developing and maintaining a network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and candidate screening
  • Employee engagement program planning and delivery
  • Learning administration, including course selection and annual learning plan development
  • Performance management and employee relations
  • Employee disability and worker's compensation claims management
  • Maintenance of confidential, accurate, and up-to-date employee files and HRIS data

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, experience in Human Resources, and/or a CHRP designation. Strong decision-making skills, excellent judgment, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office software is also required.
