We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team at Aon in Vancouver, BC. As a key member of our Consulting group, you will provide administrative support to a team of senior consultants and contribute to the creation of tangible results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and produce presentations and correspondence, including graphic presentations and other documents, with a focus on improving grammar, punctuation, and clarity.
- Perform quality control of documents and apply Aon branding.
- Provide financial support through the preparation and management of invoices.
- Maintain files, databases, and shared sites, such as SharePoint.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including convocations, rooms, caterers, material orders, and agenda management.
- Work collaboratively with the team, assisting in the replacement of staff on annual leave or sick leave, as needed, and provide assistance in the event of extra work for administrative assistants.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Prepare and submit expense reports.
- Attend external meetings and perform minute-taking and/or Board management duties, as needed.

Requirements- Three years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

- Ability to work independently with a variety of people.
