Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Administrative Specialist to join our team. This individual will provide critical support to our senior leadership, ensuring seamless execution of projects and tasks.

About the Role
  • Coordinate calendars and schedules for executive appointments
  • Manage high volumes of email and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Support special projects, ensuring timely completion and resource allocation
  • Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team, providing strategic support and making a tangible impact on our organization's success.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in an administrative or EA role
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and data analysis tools

Compensation & Benefits
  • Estimated salary range: $48,000 - $60,000 per year
