About the Opportunity

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for leading the financial reporting and accounting functions of the organization. This includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing the accounting team, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial reporting and accounting functions of the organization
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Manage the accounting team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including IFRS and GAAP
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments, including finance, operations, and management
Requirements:
  • CPA designation
  • 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and accounting, preferably in a public company
  • IFRS experience
  • Industry experience in public accounting or a related field
  • Managerial or mentoring experience
