Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Business Solutions Consultant to join our team at PRO IT SOLUTIONS. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent position with a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • You will work 30 hours per week in a hybrid environment, requiring occasional travel to client sites.
  • The working language is English.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to understand their technical requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Document and communicate technical requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Provide strategic advice on information systems policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies to mitigate these risks.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to assess the effectiveness of software products and information systems.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide guidance to team members.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on business analysis and solution design.
  • Strong understanding of business principles and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
