Senior Consultant, Digital Advisory (Bilingual)

MNP is a leading consulting organization that offers a wide range of services beyond tax and accounting. Our Federal Digital Advisory team is looking for a bilingual Senior Consultant, Digital Advisory to join our team of business-savvy problem solvers.

As a trusted advisor, you will enable clients to anticipate, innovate and adapt to fast-changing digital landscapes that will drive meaningful results, create value, optimize performance, reduce costs, enhance growth and mitigate risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the delivery of advisory consulting services such as digital transformation strategy and planning, technology solution selection, program and project leadership, organizational change management, facilitated decision-making and learning and development.
  2. Participate in challenging and often unique engagements with clients, bringing your experience with senior business and technology leaders to these discussions.
  3. Lead proposal development along with the implementation, administration and completion of client engagements.
  4. Perform complex and detailed research, interpretation and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to propose, plan and implement recommendations – including the collection, development and analysis of data (through online content, report review, interviews, focus groups, surveys and administrative data).
  5. Coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders consistent with project plans.
  6. Support the continuous improvement of frameworks, methodologies, etc.
  7. Ensure delivery of high-quality client service products.
  8. Develop a thorough understanding of MNP's services and clientele through experiential learning with clients.
  9. Attend internal MNP courses to further develop knowledge around performance improvement.
Qualifications/Experience
  1. Possess a Bachelor's Degree, ideally in business, public administration, computer science, information science or a related field.
  2. Demonstrable experience in project management, business analysis, systems analysis, assessments, system implementation, technology and digital strategy.
  3. Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
  4. Five (5) or more years of consulting experience, ideally in a public sector environment.
  5. Experience in business and practice development is considered an asset.
  6. Strong computer literacy including effective working skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
  7. Excellent writing skills.
  8. Bilingualism (French/English) is required.
  9. Canadian Federal Security clearance, or the ability to obtain clearance is required for this position.
