Job Summary

The Partnership Marketing team at Canucks Sports & Entertainment is seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Coordinator to join their team. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, delivering industry-leading value, and protecting and growing CSE's partnership revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customized approaches and solutions to meet partner business needs
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Assist in the development and implementation of partnership strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, such as business administration or marketing
  • Experience in sponsorship activation, promotions, ticket sales, and marketing, preferably in professional sports or an advertising agency environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients at all levels
  • Highly organized with a disciplined approach to managing multiple projects and administrative tasks
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a high-pressure environment
