Job Summary

The Partnership Marketing team at Canucks Sports & Entertainment is a key driver of revenue growth. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional value to our partners by building strong relationships, aligning with their business needs, and driving contractual and new value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business and identify opportunities to deliver on objectives
  • Act as a creative catalyst for developing customized approaches and solutions
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform business decisions
  • Assist in executing partner initiatives across all CSE properties
  • Track value delivery and ensure delivery of contractual benefits
  • Maintain a strong presence at Canucks and Warriors home games and travel as necessary for relationship building and value delivery
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with current and new CSE partners
  • Collaborate with the management team to strategize for business and relationship growth
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and convert them successfully

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, such as business administration or marketing
  • Experience in sponsorship activation, promotions, ticket sales, and marketing, preferably in professional sports or an advertising agency environment
  • Excellent people and communication skills, with an ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients
  • Highly organized with a disciplined approach to managing multiple projects and administrative tasks
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Dynamic and hardworking team player attitude with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Commitment to ensuring superior customer service
  • Strong computer proficiency, including MS Word and Excel
  • A strong understanding of and commitment to uphold our company values of discipline, respect, excellent, attitude, and mindset (DREAM)
  • Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of desktop publishing software
