Job Summary
The Partnership Marketing team at Canucks Sports & Entertainment is a key driver of revenue growth. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional value to our partners by building strong relationships, aligning with their business needs, and driving contractual and new value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business and identify opportunities to deliver on objectives
- Act as a creative catalyst for developing customized approaches and solutions
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform business decisions
- Assist in executing partner initiatives across all CSE properties
- Track value delivery and ensure delivery of contractual benefits
- Maintain a strong presence at Canucks and Warriors home games and travel as necessary for relationship building and value delivery
- Build and nurture strong relationships with current and new CSE partners
- Collaborate with the management team to strategize for business and relationship growth
- Identify opportunities to upsell and convert them successfully

Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, such as business administration or marketing
- Experience in sponsorship activation, promotions, ticket sales, and marketing, preferably in professional sports or an advertising agency environment
- Excellent people and communication skills, with an ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients
- Highly organized with a disciplined approach to managing multiple projects and administrative tasks
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Dynamic and hardworking team player attitude with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Commitment to ensuring superior customer service
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Word and Excel
- A strong understanding of and commitment to uphold our company values of discipline, respect, excellent, attitude, and mindset (DREAM)
- Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of desktop publishing software
