Job Summary:

The Hail Centre Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Collision Centre's operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction during the hail repair process. This leadership position requires a strong ability to mentor team members, foster a positive attitude, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of estimators and collision consultants to achieve optimal results.
  2. Manage shop loading and reloading to ensure timely completion of repairs and seamless delivery to customers.
  3. Act as a mentor to the production team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  4. Collaborate with the Director of Collision to drive business growth and improve processes.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  1. Proven leadership skills and ability to successfully mentor team members.
  2. Positive attitude with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction.
  3. Excellent time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
  4. A commitment to learning and professional development.
  5. Previous production experience is considered an asset.
  6. Comfortable leveraging technology for most day-to-day functions.
  7. Knowledge of an automotive service shop or collision operation is an asset.
  8. Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
