Strategic Financial Leader for Knowles Centre

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Financial and Administrative Services to join our team at Knowles Centre Inc.
The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction for our administrative and financial services and departments, including facilities management, fundraising, food services, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of financial and operational strategies to ensure the effective management of the organization.
- Provide financial guidance and support to the senior leadership team, including budgeting, asset management, risk analysis, and charity law.
- Maintain effective internal controls and reporting systems for the organization and Board of Directors.
- Prepare and present financial statements and reports to the Centre's Board, finance committee, and senior leadership team.
Requirements
- University degree or diploma in accounting or finance.
- Experience in finance/accounting, ideally in a non-profit organization managing a multimillion-dollar budget or within a public accounting firm with non-profit clients.
- Strong working knowledge of integrated financial information systems and payroll software.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience building and leading high-performance teams.
