Job Description

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Appointment Coordinator. In this role, you'll be responsible for scheduling appointments, confirming details, and ensuring a smooth service experience for our guests. You'll work closely with our parts department to coordinate appointments and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling Expertise: Efficiently schedule appointments and confirmations with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Guest Experience Champion: Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, setting the tone for a memorable service experience.
  • Communication Connoisseur: Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally, addressing any concerns or queries our guests may have.
  • Proactive Planning: Review and coordinate appointments with the parts department to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Cash Handling Specialist: Collect and process payments accurately, following dealership guidelines.
  • Feedback Analyst: Follow up with guests to gather feedback and discuss surveys within 24 hours, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficient in using technology to manage schedules, communicate with guests, and perform administrative tasks.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
