Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Support Operations Coordinator to join our team at Max/Pro Tax Inc.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and teamwork. As a Support Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as determining and establishing office procedures and routines.

You will also be responsible for answering telephone calls and messages, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory. Additionally, you will arrange travel itineraries, type and proofread correspondence, perform data entry, and consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
