Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team at Go Auto. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, confirming and updating guest appointments, and ensuring a seamless service experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule appointments, confirmations, and updates with a touch of knowledge and flair.
  2. Guest Service: Make every service visit a unique and extraordinary experience for our guests. Your friendly and courteous greeting sets the tone.
  3. Recalls and Reminders: Check for outstanding recalls, advise on manufacturer warranty coverage, and offer alternate transportation options.
  4. Communication: Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally, ensuring our guests feel valued and heard.
  5. Appointment Coordination: Review and coordinate appointments with the parts department, making sure everything is in place for a seamless service experience.
  6. Cash Handling: Collect and process payments, following dealership guidelines with precision.
  7. Guest Feedback: Follow up with guests, request feedback, and discuss surveys within 24 hours. Your attention to detail ensures continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Customer service experience with a passion for creating positive experiences.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.
  4. Tech-savvy.
