Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Divine Spine Windermere Ltd.

About the Role

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. The salary for this role is estimated to be between $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to telephone and electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain manual and electronic files, inventories, and databases with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents with meticulous care.
  • Ensure smooth mail handling by processing incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
  • Foster effective communication by sending and receiving messages promptly and professionally.
  • Offer general information to clients and the public with confidence and courtesy.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory levels by ordering new stock as needed.
  • Efficiently label, file, and retrieve documents to ensure seamless access to important information.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
