About the Role:
We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Trust Electrical. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
