Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Vice-President to join our team at the Children's Institute of Development and Advancement Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of organizational policies and programs, as well as overseeing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success
    • Lead the development of strategic plans and initiatives to achieve business objectives
  • Human Resources Management
    • Oversee the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
    • Recruit, select, and develop high-performing teams to drive business results
  • Operational Effectiveness
    • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve business objectives
    • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency
  • Technology and Data
    • Develop and implement technology solutions to improve business processes and efficiency
    • Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and drive business results
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior HR role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills
    • Strong human resources management and development skills
    • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and priorities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows
