Senior Human Resources Coordinator
This position is designed to provide support to the Business Enablement & Enterprise Procurement Team. The Senior HR Coordinator will collaborate with the Senior HR Business Partner and Senior Director by overseeing and executing various Human Resources activities and initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries or issues within designated client groups
- Assist in the rollout of various HR programs and initiatives, including assessments, workplace culture, employee engagement surveys, and Workday projects
- Offer guidance and support to the client group regarding employee relations matters
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job requisition management, coordination with talent acquisition specialists, and facilitation of the offer process
- Ensure adherence to HR legal standards at both federal and provincial levels
- Contribute to the enhancement of human resources strategies through continuous improvement and best practices
- Support research, analysis, and execution of programs and projects
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education, ideally in Human Resources
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in HR
- Ability to engage with all organizational levels
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude
- Exceptional dedication to customer service
