About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources Leader to join our team at 9520635 CANADA INC. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning to drive business growth.
  • Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions to foster a high-performing team.
  • Supervision: Provide strategic guidance and oversight to a team of more than 20 people, ensuring effective collaboration and goal achievement.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong computer and technology knowledge, with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and Quick Books.
  • Work Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail in a large workload.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and a strong team player mentality.
  • Experience: Bring a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in human resources management and organizational development.
