Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our database, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Office Operations: Assist with office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that the office is well-organized and tidy.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
What We Offer
