Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at West Pacific Immigration Services Inc. in a permanent position.

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • They will also supervise and train other workers, as well as record and prepare minutes of meetings and events.
  • Additionally, they will determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule appointments, and answer telephone calls and messages.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
