Job Title: Administrative Assistant, Medical

Fountain Holdings Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our medical team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our medical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information and maintain accurate records
  • Interview patients to obtain case histories and maintain confidentiality
  • Manage incoming mail and electronic correspondence, and distribute accordingly
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain a calendar
  • Prepare and maintain confidential medical files and records
  • Enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with patients and staff
  • Prepare financial statements and reports, and maintain accurate records
  • Compile inventory reports and maintain a well-organized office
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Basic security clearance and criminal record check
