About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Supervisor, Clinical Services. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the delivery of high-quality clinical care within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to implement best practices and continually evaluate service delivery to enhance the overall quality of care provided to patients.

Key Accountabilities
  • Clinical Supervision: Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and training to therapists, group facilitators, and contracted staff to ensure exceptional clinical support services.
  • Team Leadership: Contribute to the delivery of support services through team building, excellent customer service, continuous quality improvement, and risk management.
  • Expertise: Provide expertise on high-risk cases, including risk assessment and crisis intervention, as requested by staff.
  • Client Intakes: Monitor client intakes into the program to ensure every client has been provided with a high level of clinical service from the team.
  • Training and Development: Determine the training and professional development needs of the team and develop/update program curriculum and tools for programs with team consultation.
  • Strategic Planning: Support the implementation of the program's strategic plans, direct and monitor clinical activities so that strategic goals are met.
