Job Description

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the work of a team of counsellors, ensuring they adhere to organizational policies and procedures. This includes monitoring clinical records, assessing client needs, and developing treatment plans.

In this role, you will also be responsible for providing training and support to supervisees, evaluating their performance, and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, you will maintain accurate case files, document client interactions, and participate in regular staff meetings.
