Synapse International is a leading recruitment company in North America, with a growing portfolio of clients from the US and Canada. We're looking for a talented Startup Recruiter to join our team and help us scale our business.

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment. You'll be responsible for working with our account managers and clients to ensure a smooth interview process. Your goal will be to hire top-level executives and build a distributed recruiting team.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
  • Proven business and client development experience
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Good computer and phone
