About the Role

We're seeking a skilled recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, business development, and client management. As a startup recruiter, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with top-level executives and clients
  • Working with Synapse account managers to ensure a smooth interview process
  • Developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborating with the team to identify and attract top talent
