We are seeking a skilled and passionate Recruiter to join our team at Synapse International. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our clients in the startup ecosystem.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a growing startup recruitment company that is making a significant impact in the industry. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with top-level executives and clients
  • Working with Synapse account managers to ensure a smooth interview process
  • Identifying and attracting top talent for our clients
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years recruitment experience
  • Proven business and client development experience
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Good computer and phone skills
